This policy explains how Smart Affiliate Tracker processes account and campaign tracking information to provide the service.

Account information

We process the name, email address, hashed password, account settings and security activity needed to provide and protect user accounts.

Tracking information

Campaign tracking may process IP addresses, User-Agent strings, referral and campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, device details and conversion data on behalf of tracker users.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to operate reports, attribute conversions, prevent abuse and maintain security. Tracker click data is retained according to configured retention controls, with a default of 90 days.

Service providers

Hosting and email providers process limited data required to run the service. Meta, Google Ads and affiliate networks receive data only when a user configures those integrations.

This product includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind, available from maxmind.com.

Your responsibilities

Tracker users are responsible for lawful notices, consent choices and data-processing terms applicable to their traffic sources and visitors.

Requests

Account holders may use the published support contact to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and security requirements.
